As a facilitator, you will need to be professional and cannot actively promote your organisation’s products or solutions – this is not the chance for a sales pitch, but an opportunity to position your organisation as the subject matter experts for the topic of the sponsored stream. • Facilitation of ONE breakout session and group audience Q&A at the end of the session PROMOTION Promotion content must be created by the sponsor organisation and sent to HiNZ in a timely manner when requested. • Display of your logo on the screen at the beginning of the session as the session sponsor • Your logo positioned as ‘Silver Sponsor’ on dedicated sponsors slide that we use in all rooms at strategic times of the day
