Location
The exhibition will be held at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre. This will be the location for all catering breaks and tea and coffee throughout Digital Health Week NZ 2025.
Exhibitor passes
HiNZ member pricing
All exhibitor opportunities include a set number of free passes. An extra FIVE exhibitor passes can be purchased at a discounted rate of only $443.50 per person. Additional exhibitor passes above your FREE and EXTRA allocation can be purchased at the reduced rate of $704 per person. All exhibitor staff must be registered by 1 November 2025 to ensure they receive access to the conference app and lead generation functionality. The FREE exhibitor passes can only be used by the employees working for your organisation. However, if you purchase additional passes, these can be allocated to a guest.
The HiNZ member pricing applies to HiNZ organisational members (it does not apply if you are a member of an affiliate organisation). It is easy for your organisation to join HiNZ. Read more at hinz.org.nz/org- member-benefits.

All prices stated are exclusive of GST and in New Zealand dollars.
Exhibitor booth availability Except for those previously reserved, all exhibitor booths are offered on a first come, first served basis. Once a contract has been issued, your organisation will have 14 days to return the signed contract. After 14 days, the exhibition booth will be released and becomes available to other prospective exhibitors.
