All exhibitor opportunities include a set number of free passes. An extra FIVE exhibitor passes can be purchased at a discounted rate of only $443.50 per person. Additional exhibitor passes above your FREE and EXTRA allocation can be purchased at the reduced rate of $704 per person. All exhibitor staff must be registered by 1 November 2025 to ensure they receive access to the conference app and lead generation functionality. The FREE exhibitor passes can only be used by the employees working for your organisation. However, if you purchase additional passes, these can be allocated to a guest. A ID FIN

Exhibitor booth availability Except for those previously reserved, all exhibitor booths are offered on a first come, first served basis. Once a contract has been issued, your organisation will have 14 days to return the signed contract. After 14 days, the exhibition booth will be released and becomes available to other prospective exhibitors.

Booth design
Your booth includes no furniture, but items can easily be ordered from Exhibition Hire Services. They will provide you with additional information about furniture, signage and custom designs prior to the event.
Any on-site changes made to this design or layout will incur a fee of $200 plus $85 per hour or part
