Allscripts is a global healthcare leader with significant presence and reach in Australia. When the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) in South Australia went to market for an AIMS solution, it selected the Allscripts iPro Anaesthesia AIMS because it is cloud-based, mobile, EMR- agnostic, highly configurable and easy for anaesthetists to use across the organisation’s more than 40 technical suites. iProcedures has been consistently ranked the top Anaesthesia vendor in the world (2019 Best in KLAS: Software and Services report.)

Allscripts was appointed by SA Health to deliver its AIMS at the RAH in 2017 and the initial implementation, the iPro IntraOp module, was completed that year. In 2018, the RAH went live with the iPro PACU (Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit) module and in October 2020, the iPro PAT (pre-Admission testing) module implementation was completed.
